I am a lifelong resident of Coshocton County, graduated from Coshocton High School and have some college education.

I  have had my Realtor's(R) license for 21 years and have been a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club for several years.

I have 35 years of banking and finance experience which enables me to help buyers find the best loan product or program for their needs.

I received my license in 1985 and have been with Century 21, Court Square Realty since 1992.

I have two grown children, Terri Derby of Pt. St. Lucie, Florida,  and Lisa Edson, US Navy Retired, of Fredericksburg, Va. Two grandchildren complete our family, Chris Derby and Kyle Edson.

My hobbies include sports, my grandchildren and motorcycle riding. I have 3 pet cats, Casper, Pepper, and Furrball.
